The Maximizer Green is the first single use, ready to use hollow fiber cartridge for large scale processing of biopharmaceuticals up to 1000 L/cartridge. The Maximizer Green is available with 5 m2 or 10 m2 of membrane surface area, utilizing WaterSep' s glycerin free, antifouling, high capacity modified polyethersulfone (PES) membrane. All Maximizer Green HF cartridges are available with pore size from 3K up to 750 K MWCO and 0.1 um, 0.2 um and 0.45 um, which makes it ideal for concentration/diafiltration applications as well as upstream clarification and cell harvest. The Maximizer Green is ready to use without any pre-rinse only a quick buffer equilibration. The WaterSep Green Line brings plug- and-play up to large scale processing. The extractable level is approximately 80x less than a glycerin conditioned membrane, and after a quick buffer conditioning the HF cartridge is ready to use. The Maximizer Green single use hollow fiber cartridges are ideal for processing cell cultures, fermentation solutions and virus/vaccine suspensions, as well as concentration/diafiltration of peptides, enzymes, antibodies and other proteins. Recommended batch volume per cartridge up to 300L/h or a permeate flow rate of up to 300L/h.
